A: Yes, but we offer much more than standard fixing. While our producer Fatih Ugur primarily operates as a Senior Shooting Producer, we manage core logistics and access, including securing written consent forms from interviewees and permissions for private locations (e.g., restaurants, venues). Crucially, for formal governmental filming and journalism permits (which require specific governmental liaison yet not guaranteed), we coordinate directly with a dedicated, highly experienced local partner to ensure quick and full legal compliance, guaranteeing a smooth process for your team.
 

Q2: Can you operate as a Stringer or One-Man-Band for breaking news?
 

A: Absolutely. We provide rapid-response Shooting Production & Stringer services for breaking news, offering raw footage or edited packages to agencies. However, unlike a standard stringer, we bring 16+ years of Donor-Funded Project experience to the field. This ensures that even in fast-paced news environments, our interviews are conducted with the sensitivity, ethical compliance, and editorial depth required by high-level institutions like the EU and UN.
 

Q3: What specific locations in Türkiye do you cover?
 

A: We are based in Ankara, the political capital, which gives us immediate access to government ministries and embassies crucial for EU-funded projects and diplomatic reporting. However, we are fully mobile and provide Field Producer services across all of Türkiye, including Istanbul, the earthquake zones, and border regions.
 

Q4: Do I need to rent equipment or fly in a crew?
 

A: No. As a full-service Shooting Producer, Vidyograf provides a complete, broadcast-ready technical kit. This includes a wide variety of 4K cameras, professional lighting setups, and high-fidelity audio gear. A: We specialize in Localization Services and high-stakes interviewing. Our producer Fatih Ugur has conducted hundreds of interviews for both international news and EU/UN donor projects, ranging from high-level officials to vulnerable beneficiaries. We manage cultural nuance and emotional tone to ensure the story is accurate and impactful.
 

Q6: Do you offer daily rates or project-based budgeting?
 

A: We prioritize flexibility and customized budgeting. While we do offer competitive daily rates for urgent or short-term assignments, we highly recommend project-based budgeting for complex reports or multi-day shoots. To provide an accurate quote, we require a detailed brief covering the scope, location, and technical needs of your project.
 

Q7: What is the typical delivery workflow for a commissioned report?
 

A: Our delivery workflow is entirely customized to the client's international standards and specifications. We typically shoot in high-resolution (4K/HD broadcast standard) and manage the entire post-production process, including color grading and audio mixing. Final files are delivered digitally in your required format (e.g., ProRes, H.264) and ready for immediate broadcast or archival use. We utilize industry-standard software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro (if it's a must).
